Spectators: 147 (Terracing: 111, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 2) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Rubinho Perez started the match with the kick off. FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA's Thiago Miranda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raimundo Velasco in the 3rd minute of play. In the 4th minute of the match Pindobassu EC got a corner. FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Vladimir Motta ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Pindobassu EC's Vladimir Motta to fire away a dangerous shot which Thiago Miranda despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA's Thiago Miranda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sandrinho Souto in the 5th minute of play. In the 14th minute, Pindobassu EC's Raimundo Velasco dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. After a rather tough play, Pindobassu EC's Marco Rosado got a free kick in the 17th minute. With a little luck, FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA's Thiago Miranda got control of the ball when Miguel Trigo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Serginho dos Santos charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Serginho dos Santos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 22 played minutes FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA got a freekick which was hit by Serginho dos Santos. Kaká Maia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rubinho Perez, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA's Thiago Miranda proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA from getting a goal against them. When Pindobassu EC's Raimundo Velasco in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA's goalie prevented a goal. Thiago Miranda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raimundo Velasco in the 33rd minute of the match. Raimundo Velasco kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA's Serginho dos Santos got a free kick in the 47th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Miguel Trigo made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Miguel Trigo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Thiago Miranda. FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Miguel Trigo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. In the 56th minute, Miguel Trigo made a precise shot to the right of Thiago Miranda. FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Thiago Miranda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raimundo Velasco in the 59th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Raimundo Velasco in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Thiago Miranda saved FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA from getting behind. In the 65th minute, Vladimir Motta made a precise shot to the right of Thiago Miranda. FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. Marcel Severo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kaká Maia having to interfere. 86 minutes into the match, Miguel Trigo notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA's Thiago Miranda. Thiago Miranda was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 89th minute, Vladimir Motta left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pindobassu EC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-0. Raimundo Velasco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 98th minute, Vladimir Motta made a precise shot to the right of Thiago Miranda. FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 9-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Pindobassu EC fully deserved thier win.
