Spectators: 145 (Terracing: 110, Seating: 33, VIP seats: 2) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Murillo Couto kicked off to start the match. Lunáticos FC's Beto Souto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Murillo Couto in the 4th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Murillo Couto in the 6th minute of play forced Lunáticos FC's goalkeeper Beto Souto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Beto Souto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tadeu Custódio, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. The supporters of Brasiliense FC booed when Lunáticos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edu Camargo didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Lunáticos FC's Anísio da Mata in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Brasiliense FC's goalie prevented a goal. Narciso Abreu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edu Camargo in the 13th minute of play. After 15 played minutes Brasiliense FC got a freekick which was hit by Luiz Paulo Maranhense. Miguel Ribeiro kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. 22 minutes into the match, Lunáticos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Murillo Couto came free, but Beto Souto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Murillo Couto in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Beto Souto saved Lunáticos FC from getting behind. After 31 played minutes Lunáticos FC got a freekick which was hit by Waldemar Passos. Beto Souto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Falcão Azevedo in the 33rd minute of play. Murillo Couto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 39thth minute of the game Tadeu Custódio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lunáticos FC's Beto Souto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Tadeu Custódio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 45th match minute, Brasiliense FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Geovani Oliveira to maneuver through the defense. Lunáticos FC's Carlos Alberto Palmeira got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Anísio da Mata stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Murillo Couto hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Narciso Abreu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Waldemar Passos, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Murillo Coutos short, quick shot in the 55thth minute got Beto Souto to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 59th minute, Tadeu Custódio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 60 minutes in the game, Murillo Couto fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Beto Souto having to interfere. Narciso Abreu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anísio da Mata in the 66th minute of play. Beto Souto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Murillo Couto, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. With a little luck, Lunáticos FC's Beto Souto got control of the ball when Murillo Couto tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 79th minute, Anísio da Mata left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. Narciso Abreu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Lunáticos FC's Beto Souto got control of the ball when Murillo Couto tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 95th minute Anísio da Mata shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Narciso Abreu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Lunáticos FC fully deserved thier win.
