Spectators: 145 (Terracing: 110, Seating: 33, VIP seats: 2) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Duarte de Almeida made the kick off which started today's match. Raphael Vargas who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 4thth minute tested the skills of Renan Furlan when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a rather tough play, União dos 7 FC's Zé Porto got a free kick in the 6th minute. Claudinei Oliveira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Duarte de Almeida, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. In the 13th minute União dos 7 FC were awarded a corner. Duarte de Almeida went to the cornerflag to take it. When Duarte de Almeida came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the União dos 7 FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Duarte de Almeida couldn't finish the play. Luís Paulo Moura kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Claudinei Oliveira came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by União dos 7 FC's Luís Botelho. But to his dismay, Luís Botelho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Raphael Vargass short, quick shot in the 21stth minute got Renan Furlan to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 22 played minutes União dos 7 FC got a freekick which was hit by Jeremias Duarte. Caio de Moraes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claudinei Oliveira having to interfere. If Luís Botelho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 37 minutes into the match, Socanelas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Duarte de Almeida came free, but Claudinei Oliveira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Claudinei Oliveira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Duarte de Almeida in the 39th minute of play. 40 minutes into the match, União dos 7 FC's goal looked a bit too open when Doni Paiva came free, but Renan Furlan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, União dos 7 FC's Renan Furlan got control of the ball when Raphael Vargas tried to sneak it across the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Raphael Vargas made a kick off. Raphael Vargas took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Renan Furlan. Renan Furlan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Duarte de Almeida during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, União dos 7 FC's Duarte de Almeida got a free kick in the 56th minute. A collision led to União dos 7 FC getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Luís Botelho hit a great ball. Deivid Barral's late challenge caught a União dos 7 FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 76 minutes, Duarte de Almeida managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. União dos 7 FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Duarte de Almeida was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, União dos 7 FC's Jeremias Duarte got a free kick in the 77th minute. In the 85th minute, Cléberson Bittencourt left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Socanelas FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Duarte de Almeida was shown his second yellow card after 90 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 90 played minutes União dos 7 FC got a freekick which was hit by Duarte de Almeida. The Socanelas FC players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
