Jumeuc Futebol Clube's Maurinho Sousa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save Jumeuc Futebol Clube from getting a goal against them. 5 minutes into the match, ALMA GUERREIRA's goal looked a bit too open when Magno Velasco came free, but Luís Gustavo Pirani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gil Abreu kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Baltazar Schmidt's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Luís Gustavo Pirani was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. If Magno Velasco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Jumeuc Futebol Clube getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Baltazar Schmidt hit a great ball. In the 13th minute, ALMA GUERREIRA's Joel da Silva ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Maurinho Sousa. Maurinho Sousa yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Adrianinho Botelho managed to get in a good position for a shot. ALMA GUERREIRA's supporters rose to their feet, but Adrianinho Botelho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maurinho Sousa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 23 minutes, Magno Velasco made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. ALMA GUERREIRA's Luís Gustavo Pirani tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Jacinto Vale kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Maurinho Sousa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ulisses Vinhas in the 29th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Magno Velasco in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luís Gustavo Pirani saved ALMA GUERREIRA from getting behind. When Hermínio Secco fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Jumeuc Futebol Clube's protests and gave Hermínio Secco a yellow card for diving instead. After 39 played minutes Jumeuc Futebol Clube got a freekick which was hit by Hermínio Secco. 40 minutes into the game, Murilo Barros cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Maurinho Sousa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

Adhemar Branco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maurinho Sousa having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Jumeuc Futebol Clube's Diamantino Sá got a free kick in the 53rd minute. In the 55th minute Joel da Silva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maurinho Sousa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ronaldo Souza hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. In the 89th minute, Gil Abreu reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Luís Gustavo Pirani. The goal made the score 2-3. Jumeuc Futebol Clube were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over ALMA GUERREIRA's much stronger midfield.
