When Fernando Vinhas fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ-'s protests and gave Fernando Vinhas a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ-'s Fernando Vinhas got a free kick in the 14th minute. Gualter Queirós could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Gilson Arósio made a huge save.
