In the 5th minute, Dudu Queiroz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cléber Arantes was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Guga Campidelis kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Jardel Coutinho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Dinei Hermes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Rodriguinho Fernandes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rodriguinho Fernandes scored 1-1 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dinei Hermes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Dinei Hermes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thiago Esteves, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. If Paulão Veiga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 22 played minutes Carrossel Caipira got a freekick which was hit by Guga Campidelis. In the 24th minute, Jardel Coutinho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cléber Arantes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jonathan Hermes in the 26th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jonathan Hermes got free with Cléber Arantes in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a defensive mix-up in Carrossel Caipira's zone, Rodriguinho Fernandes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dinei Hermes came out of the goal and Rodriguinho Fernandes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, H4K.BR's Cléber Arantes got control of the ball when Jonathan Hermes tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, H4K.BR's Rubinho de Lara got a free kick in the 35th minute. The supporters of Carrossel Caipira booed when H4K.BR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Umberto Barral didn't get a good kick on the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

In the 54th minute, Rodriguinho Fernandes made a precise shot to the right of Dinei Hermes. Carrossel Caipira's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Jonathan Hermes kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. In the 60th minute Jardel Coutinho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dinei Hermes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Jardel Coutinho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dudu Queiroz in the 83rd minute of play forced H4K.BR's goalkeeper Cléber Arantes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched H4K.BR eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
