Spectators: 154 (Terracing: 116, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Armando Saldanha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Dalmo Félix tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rogério Fontes during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 6th minute, Rogério Fontes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgard Leme in the 10th minute of play forced FÊNIX F.C.'s goalkeeper Artur Maranhense to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dalmo Félix took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Armando Saldanha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Mário Matorin got free in front of the goal in the 18th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Dalmo Félix was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. 19 minutes into the match, Unidade Pinto Louco's goal looked a bit too open when Armando Saldanha came free, but Dalmo Félix reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 21st minute Armando Saldanha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dalmo Félix saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 29 minutes into the match, Unidade Pinto Louco's goal looked a bit too open when Oswaldo Fantini came free, but Dalmo Félix reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dalmo Félix came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by FÊNIX F.C.'s Oswaldo Fantini. But to his dismay, Oswaldo Fantini quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Pedrinho Gomes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Artur Maranhense having to interfere. In the 40th minute, Umberto Aparecido hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Yuri Martins struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Artur Maranhense didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Unidade Pinto Louco. After 47 minutes, Tomás de Lara mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FÊNIX F.C. and the Unidade Pinto Louco players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 47th match minute, FÊNIX F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomás de Lara to maneuver through the defense. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Umberto Aparecido's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Artur Maranhense read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. Mário Matorin's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Dalmo Félix firmly grabbed it by the left post. After a defensive mix-up in FÊNIX F.C.'s zone, Yuri Martins stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Artur Maranhense came out of the goal and Yuri Martins tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. FÊNIX F.C.'s Artur Maranhense played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yuri Martins in the 60th minute of play. In the 60th minute, Yuri Martins left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Unidade Pinto Louco fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. If Yuri Martins had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Yuri Martins came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Unidade Pinto Louco fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Yuri Martins couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet as FÊNIX F.C.'s Armando Saldanha slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Dalmo Félix. That made the score 1-2 after 75 minutes of play. Jacinto Pinto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Umberto Aparecido in the 83rd minute of play forced FÊNIX F.C.'s goalkeeper Artur Maranhense to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 85 minutes of play, FÊNIX F.C.'s Armando Saldanha made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dalmo Félix was left in no man's land by his defense there! Artur Maranhense showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yuri Martins, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Oswaldo Fantini could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Dalmo Félix made a huge save. FÊNIX F.C.'s supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
