After 6 minutes, Vágner Faria mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jacuitiba - FSCMZ and the Unidade Pinto Louco players grew even worse after the yellow card. Valdemar Moreira didn't get a good kick on the ball. With 70 minutes on the clock, Gabriel Donato commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 69th minute of the game. One of Unidade Pinto Louco:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Jacuitiba - FSCMZ:s goal. Unidade Pinto Louco:s Dalmo Félix showed great skill when he stopped Jorginho Reis:s penalty. When Yuri Martins came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Unidade Pinto Louco fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Yuri Martins couldn't finish the play. With his leg Claudinho Medeiros managed to avoid a goal in the 78thth minute, when Unidade Pinto Louco's Yuri Martins fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Umberto Aparecido in the 81st minute of play forced Jacuitiba - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Claudinho Medeiros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Yuri Martins received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Claudinho Medeiros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 96 minutes into the game, Umberto Aparecido recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Claudinho Medeiros. Umberto Aparecido showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. After a rather tough play, Jacuitiba - FSCMZ's Dieguinho Magalhães got a free kick in the 99th minute.
