Spectators: 153 (Terracing: 115, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) TAQUARI FC's David Freitas started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Danilo Arruda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Freitas, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Braga Junior FC's Danilo Arruda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felipe Queiroz in the 9th minute of play. After 9 minutes, Felipe Queiroz made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Braga Junior FC's Danilo Arruda tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 26th minute Felipe Queiroz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Danilo Arruda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 27 minutes into the game, David Freitas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Danilo Arruda was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. David Freitas might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Danilo Arruda. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. David Freitas ran back to his position shaking his head. Danilo Arruda didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edgard Arósio went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. 39 minutes into the game, Felipe Queiroz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Danilo Arruda was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Danilo Arruda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felipe Queiroz in the 47th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kiko Neves made a kick off. Edgar Sabóia took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 87th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Sílvio Zonta. TAQUARI FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Iuri Domingues took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sílvio Zonta. Sílvio Zonta dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-6. Vivaldo Leão charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vivaldo Leão the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 96th match minute, TAQUARI FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vivaldo Leão to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kiko Neves in the 97th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sílvio Zonta saved TAQUARI FC from getting behind. When the match was over TAQUARI FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Braga Junior FC throughout the match.
