Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Olavo Carioca took the kick off in the first half of the match. Nico Passos hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. 7 minutes into the game, Poetass FC's Olavo Carioca nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eliseu Tasso made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Claudinho Saldanha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eliseu Tasso having to interfere. In the 24th minute, Abelardo Mattos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Erik Moreira succeeded in the game's 30th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-1. The Poetass FC fans' excitement grew in the 33rd match minute when Poetass FC's Olavo Carioca looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 37 played minutes Encanto got a freekick which was hit by Nico Passos. Eliseu Tasso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olavo Carioca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Encanto getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Falcão Andrade hit a great ball. After 43 minutes of play, Poetass FC's Claudinho Saldanha made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eliseu Tasso was left in no man's land by his defense there! Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Erik Moreira to make the kick off. If Olavo Carioca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cássio de Senna showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nico Passos, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. When Nico Passos fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Encanto's protests and gave Nico Passos a yellow card for diving instead. In the 56th match minute, Encanto was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nico Passos to maneuver through the defense. Poetass FC's Cássio de Senna played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nico Passos in the 63rd minute of play. 67 minutes into the match, Encanto's goal looked a bit too open when Olavo Carioca came free, but Eliseu Tasso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 68 minutes of play, Encanto's Cássio Furlan made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cássio de Senna was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cássio de Senna took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nico Passos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Claudinho Saldanha kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. In the 78th minute, Noel Azevedo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Poetass FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-4. The audience thought a goal was coming when Claudinho Saldanha got free with Eliseu Tasso in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Erik Moreira hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. When Claudinho Saldanha came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Poetass FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Claudinho Saldanha couldn't finish the play. Nico Passos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cássio de Senna read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. In the 93rd minute, Claudinho Saldanha got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olavo Carioca in the 95th minute of play forced Encanto's goalkeeper Eliseu Tasso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 95 minutes into the match, Olavo Carioca had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eliseu Tasso. Encanto's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Olavo Carioca was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-5.
