After 10 played minutes MALZBIER got a freekick which was hit by Kaká Cardozo. 11 minutes in the game, Ivo Lara fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Rodriguinho Zonta having to interfere. In the 13th minute, Zé Carlos de Azevedo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tomás Oliveira kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Felippe Damião showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adilson Palmeira in the 20th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Adilson Palmeira managed to get in a good position for a shot. MALZBIER's supporters rose to their feet, but Adilson Palmeira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Felippe Damião breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. David Paraíba received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Rodriguinho Zonta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ivo Lara could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Rodriguinho Zonta made a huge save. Felippe Damião showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Alberto Figueiredo, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. If Carlos Alberto Figueiredo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zé Carlos de Azevedo's late challenge caught a MALZBIER's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zé Carlos de Azevedo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 47th minute, Zé Carlos de Azevedo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

After 56 minutes, Kaká Cardozo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the MALZBIER and the Warren FC - DMZ players grew even worse after the yellow card. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 60th minute, Carlos Alberto Figueiredo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Felippe Damião. The goal made the score 0-2. Adilson Palmeira succeeded in the game's 64th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-3. Dadá de Almeida hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Júlio Tande in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rodriguinho Zonta saved MALZBIER from getting behind. 77 minutes into the match, MALZBIER's goal looked a bit too open when Ivo Lara came free, but Rodriguinho Zonta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Felippe Damião came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by MALZBIER's Carlos Alberto Figueiredo. But to his dismay, Carlos Alberto Figueiredo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. After a defensive mix-up in MALZBIER's zone, Ivo Lara stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rodriguinho Zonta came out of the goal and Ivo Lara tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rodriguinho Zonta didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Flávio Dantas went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. Júlio Tande struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Rodriguinho Zonta didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Warren FC - DMZ. Júlio Tande kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gilvan Vergílio during the 95th minute.
