When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The wind increased when Marco Gonçalves made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Flores da Cunha - RS booed when Zandarin FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luís Guilherme Ortiz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ernani Brito scored 3-0 in the 61st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rômulo Neiva, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Despite this Rômulo Neiva quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Zandarin FC were victorious despite being under pressure from Flores da Cunha - RS for much of the match.
