Spectators: 153 (Terracing: 115, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) OSASCO FC's João Pedro de Sena started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. João Pedro de Sena fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zé Paulo Fernandez having to interfere. In the 5th match minute, Werneck FC - DMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Romário Braga to maneuver through the defense. In the 9th minute, Umberto Araújo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Werneck FC - DMZ were furious when Oséas Urbano was red carded, 10 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Oséas Urbano kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. OSASCO FC's Hamílton Sanches got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Virgílio Toledo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Conrado Donatello in the 20th minute of play forced Werneck FC - DMZ's goalkeeper Zé Paulo Fernandez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Werneck FC - DMZ's Zé Paulo Fernandez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by João Pedro de Sena in the 24th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Conrado Donatello in the 27th minute of play forced Werneck FC - DMZ's goalkeeper Zé Paulo Fernandez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 28th minute Arnaldo Luz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zé Paulo Fernandez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ruy Favoretto hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Zé Paulo Fernandez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Conrado Donatello in the 33rd minute of play. In the 39th minute, Hamílton Sanches hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zeca Freire hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Rafael Loyola made the kick off in the second half. Werneck FC - DMZ's Zé Paulo Fernandez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Conrado Donatello in the 52nd minute of play. In the 52nd minute, Lucas Ferreira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zé Paulo Fernandez acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 53rd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Hamílton Sanches. After 54 minutes, Zeca Freire mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the OSASCO FC and the Werneck FC - DMZ players grew even worse after the yellow card. Zeca Freire kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, OSASCO FC's Márcio Cruz got a free kick in the 59th minute. In the 60th minute, Umberto Araújo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 68 minutes into the game, Alexsandro Gomes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. OSASCO FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Werneck FC - DMZ the free kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arnaldo Luz in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zé Paulo Fernandez saved Werneck FC - DMZ from getting behind. After 78 played minutes Werneck FC - DMZ got a freekick which was hit by Umberto Araújo. In the 84th minute, Márcio Cruz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 86th match minute, OSASCO FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by João Pedro de Sena to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Márcio Cruz got free with Zé Paulo Fernandez in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 93rd minute, Virgílio Toledo made a precise shot to the right of Luciano de Carvalho. OSASCO FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. OSASCO FC's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Werneck FC - DMZ had won, even though OSASCO FC had held more of the ball.
