Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Válter Barbosa started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 3 minutes into the match, Portuguesa's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Bueno came free, but Giovani de Amaral reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 4 minutes into the game, Válter Barbosa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Sílvio Cordeiro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Márcio de Mendonça in the 7th minute of play forced Portuguesa's goalkeeper Giovani de Amaral to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Válter Barbosa in the 9th minute of play forced Ekzema F.V.'s goalkeeper Sílvio Cordeiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 19 minutes into the match, Márcio de Mendonça had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Giovani de Amaral. Portuguesa's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Márcio de Mendonça was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. When Régis Loureiro fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Portuguesa's protests and gave Régis Loureiro a yellow card for diving instead. In the 23rd minute, Régis Loureiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Daniel Bueno's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Giovani de Amaral was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. A collision led to Portuguesa getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Válter Barbosa hit a great ball. Lauro Gerber hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Giovani de Amaral showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Bueno, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. In the 31st match minute, Ekzema F.V. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samuca Tróia to maneuver through the defense. 33 minutes into the match, Daniel Bueno notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Portuguesa's Giovani de Amaral. Giovani de Amaral was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 36th minute, Daniel Bueno left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ekzema F.V. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. Giovani de Amaral took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Bueno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Claudinei Arantes in the 41st minute of play forced Portuguesa's goalkeeper Giovani de Amaral to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 42nd minute Daniel Bueno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Giovani de Amaral saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 44 minutes of play, Ekzema F.V.'s Daniel Bueno made it 1-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Giovani de Amaral was left in no man's land by his defense there! Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-5 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Bueno was the one to do the kick off. Samuca Tróia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Ekzema F.V. booed when Portuguesa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Válter Barbosa didn't get a good kick on the ball. 57 minutes into the match, Ekzema F.V.'s Daniel Bueno sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Giovani de Amaral narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Portuguesa's Giovani de Amaral proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Portuguesa from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Samuca Tróia in the 61st minute of play forced Portuguesa's goalkeeper Giovani de Amaral to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Oscar Seco's late challenge caught a Ekzema F.V.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Oscar Seco helped the player get up and apologised. After 66 played minutes Portuguesa got a freekick which was hit by Manoel Moura. Daniel Bueno received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Giovani de Amaral tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 69th minute, Lauro Gerber hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Daniel Bueno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 70th minute the ball was on its way in behind Portuguesa's goalkeeper Giovani de Amaral, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Daniel Bueno's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Giovani de Amaral was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. Ekzema F.V.'s Claudinei Arantes got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 73rd minute, Régis Loureiro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Portuguesa fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-5. Sílvio Cordeiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Válter Barbosa in the 81st minute of play. In the 89th minute Válter Barbosa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sílvio Cordeiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Válter Barbosa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sílvio Cordeiro having to interfere. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Ekzema F.V. walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
