The audience was convinced that João Pedro de Sena's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Frederico Queiroz was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. The supporters of OSASCO FC booed when Tenha Dó Dó Dó was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Acácio Teles didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling João Pedro de Sena in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Frederico Queiroz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 35th minute, Conrado Donatello hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 39thth minute of the game João Pedro de Sena who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tenha Dó Dó Dó's Frederico Queiroz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 44th minute Conrado Donatello shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frederico Queiroz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell João Pedro de Sena to make the kick off. In the 80th minute, Cauan Gaúcho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Luciano de Carvalho was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-6. 85 minutes into the game, Conrado Donatello was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. OSASCO FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tenha Dó Dó Dó the free kick. OSASCO FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but João Pedro de Sena was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 96th minute of the match, João Pedro de Sena tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Frederico Queiroz saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line.
