Spectators: 150 (Terracing: 113, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Charles Zonta started the match with the kick off. Luciano de Carvalho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Charles Zonta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 5 minutes into the match, OSASCO FC's goal looked a bit too open when Charles Zonta came free, but Luciano de Carvalho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. OSASCO FC's Luciano de Carvalho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Charles Zonta in the 8th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when João Pedro de Sena got free with Matías Teixeira in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, AC Metropol's Matías Teixeira got control of the ball when João Pedro de Sena tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in AC Metropol's zone, Cássio Peixoto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Matías Teixeira came out of the goal and Cássio Peixoto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 18th minute Edmílson de Barros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luciano de Carvalho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cássio Peixoto charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cássio Peixoto the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to OSASCO FC getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Cássio Peixoto hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cássio Peixoto in the 24th minute of play forced AC Metropol's goalkeeper Matías Teixeira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 26 minutes into the match, OSASCO FC's goal looked a bit too open when Charles Zonta came free, but Luciano de Carvalho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 27 minutes into the match, Charles Zonta had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Luciano de Carvalho. OSASCO FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Charles Zonta was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by João Pedro de Sena in the 42nd minute of play forced AC Metropol's goalkeeper Matías Teixeira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zeca Freire hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell João Pedro de Sena to make the kick off. After having played for 55 minutes, Charles Zonta managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AC Metropol's supporters crossed their fingers, but Charles Zonta was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 58thth minute of the game João Pedro de Sena who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AC Metropol's Matías Teixeira was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Igor Schmidt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Luciano de Carvalho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 66 played minutes OSASCO FC got a freekick which was hit by Zeca Freire. In the 67th minute of the match AC Metropol's Marcel Nunes broke free and sent away a ball that went into the goal by the right post. 0-2. 72 minutes into the game, Igor Schmidt was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. AC Metropol's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave OSASCO FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, AC Metropol's Igor Schmidt got a free kick in the 72nd minute. In the 73rd minute, Cássio Peixoto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 80th match minute, AC Metropol was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patrick Lima to maneuver through the defense. In the 81st minute, Hamílton Sanches sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and AC Metropol's Matías Teixeira didn't even have to move. Patrick Lima's late challenge caught a OSASCO FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Patrick Lima helped the player get up and apologised. Matías Teixeira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from João Pedro de Sena in the 88th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Charles Zonta in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luciano de Carvalho prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 93 minutes into the match, AC Metropol's goal looked a bit too open when João Pedro de Sena came free, but Matías Teixeira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The AC Metropol supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing AC Metropol would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
