Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) After a rather tough play, AC Metropol's Amauri Silva got a free kick in the 8th minute. Oséas Urbano took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 9th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Matías Teixeira. AC Metropol's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. A collision led to AC Metropol getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Amauri Silva hit a great ball. Matías Teixeira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Caco Corrêa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, AC Metropol's Matías Teixeira got control of the ball when Ruy Favoretto tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 22nd minute Charles Zonta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rafael Loyola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Charles Zonta took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rafael Loyola. Rafael Loyola dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 26th minute, Breno Zonta ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Matías Teixeira was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After a rather tough play, AC Metropol's Wilson de Salles got a free kick in the 30th minute. 34 minutes into the match, Caco Corrêa dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Matías Teixeira, 2-1. With 43 minutes on the clock, Patrick Lima commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 42nd minute, one of AC Metropol:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for AC Metropol.

Ruy Favoretto kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Edmílson de Barros was extremely unlucky when he, in the 55th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Thanks to some nice moves Edmílson de Barros could shoot a difficult shot in the 71st minute, which Rafael Loyola however easily saved by the left post. Matías Teixeira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Caco Corrêa in the 72nd minute of play. 73 minutes into the game, Amauri Silva was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. AC Metropol's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Werneck FC - DMZ the free kick. The supporters of Werneck FC - DMZ booed when AC Metropol was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amauri Silva didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 79 minutes, Umberto Araújo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Werneck FC - DMZ and the AC Metropol players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 78th minute of the game. One of Werneck FC - DMZ:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of AC Metropol:s goal. Matías Teixeira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Caco Corrêa in the 88th minute of the match. AC Metropol's Matías Teixeira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Caco Corrêa in the 91st minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Breno Zonta in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Matías Teixeira saved AC Metropol from getting behind. When Jacinto das Neves came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Werneck FC - DMZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jacinto das Neves couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Werneck FC - DMZ had won after a very even match.
