Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Gurdurão's Wilson Vianna started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the game, Leopoldo França was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Quandus's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gurdurão the free kick. In the 3rd minute, Leopoldo França hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bruninho Novaes struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. João Augusto Quirino didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gurdurão. After 19 played minutes Gurdurão got a freekick which was hit by Wilson Vianna. With his leg João Augusto Quirino managed to avoid a goal in the 25thth minute, when Gurdurão's Renan Cunha fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tostão Tavares during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Tostão Tavares hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leopoldo França in the 37th minute of play forced Gurdurão's goalkeeper Giuseppe Nóbrega to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Quandus's Romário Netto got a free kick in the 43rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilson Vianna in the 45th minute of play forced Quandus's goalkeeper João Augusto Quirino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wilson Vianna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Augusto Quirino having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Válter Eger made a kick off. Quandus's João Augusto Quirino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Renan Cunha in the 54th minute of play. During the 54th minute of the match Leopoldo França completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Leopoldo França a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. A collision led to Quandus getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Leopoldo França hit a great ball. Willian Siqueira hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. João Augusto Quirino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wilson Vianna in the 62nd minute of the match. João Augusto Quirino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bruninho Novaes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 69th match minute, Gurdurão was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by João Vítor Dionísio to maneuver through the defense. In the 74th minute Válter Eger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Giuseppe Nóbrega saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Willian Siqueira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Wilson Vianna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 81stth minute of the game Wilson Vianna who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Quandus's João Augusto Quirino was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gurdurão's Giuseppe Nóbrega proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Gurdurão from getting a goal against them. In the 91st minute, Wilson Vianna got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bruninho Novaes hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. In the 95th minute, Willian Siqueira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Gurdurão booed when Quandus was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tostão Tavares didn't get a good kick on the ball. Quandus's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
