Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Umberto Ceresso kicked off to start the match. After 4 played minutes Lindner F.C got a freekick which was hit by Chico Maciel. After having played for 7 minutes, Marcinho Donato managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. THE FLALIRA FAMILY MZ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marcinho Donato was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 8thth minute of the game Marcinho Donato who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lindner F.C's Guto Teles was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Guto Teles made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardo Pereira in the 13th minute of play. Lindner F.C's Guto Teles played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcinho Donato in the 14th minute of play. The supporters of Lindner F.C booed when THE FLALIRA FAMILY MZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcinho Donato didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernardo Pereira in the 29th minute of play forced Lindner F.C's goalkeeper Guto Teles to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. THE FLALIRA FAMILY MZ were awarded a corner in the 31th minute after Lindner F.C's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Tony Tasso took the corner. The goalkeeper, Tostão Soeiro, was totally fooled by Lindner F.C's Paul Tergat, who 34 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Perivaldo Nóbrega hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Lindner F.C's Paul Tergat got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bernardo Pereira took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Guto Teles. Guto Teles dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dedê Meireles got free with Tostão Soeiro in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After the first half THE FLALIRA FAMILY MZ were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marcinho Donato made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Umberto Ceresso in the 52nd minute of play forced THE FLALIRA FAMILY MZ's goalkeeper Tostão Soeiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tostão Soeiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Umberto Ceresso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Chico Maciel during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of THE FLALIRA FAMILY MZ booed when Lindner F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chico Maciel didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 62ndth minute of the game Beto Arósio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but THE FLALIRA FAMILY MZ's Tostão Soeiro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 63 minutes, Marcinho Donato took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Guto Teles to make any attempt to save it. When Marcinho Donato came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the THE FLALIRA FAMILY MZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcinho Donato couldn't finish the play. Marcinho Donato blasted a shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Guto Teles having to make a save. The supporters of THE FLALIRA FAMILY MZ booed when Lindner F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frank Goiano didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Lindner F.C's zone, Ian Netto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Guto Teles came out of the goal and Ian Netto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The THE FLALIRA FAMILY MZ supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing THE FLALIRA FAMILY MZ would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
