The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marcinho Donato stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Grêmio Bulls's zone, Ian Netto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Virgílio da Rocha came out of the goal and Ian Netto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. THE FLALIRA FAMILY MZ's Tostão Soeiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fausto Miranda in the 53rd minute of play. Dida Quintal kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Fausto Miranda's late challenge caught a THE FLALIRA FAMILY MZ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fausto Miranda helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of THE FLALIRA FAMILY MZ booed when Grêmio Bulls was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fausto Miranda didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee gave Grêmio Bulls a penalty, 74 minutes into the game. Arí Guimarães took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Virgílio da Rocha. Virgílio da Rocha dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-2.
