Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Sandro Barreto started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Sandro Barreto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nuno Quirino having to interfere. Danilo Paulista received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Eusébio Albuquerque tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nuno Quirino stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Acácio Cabral's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. In the 13th match minute, Jaru-Uaru was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Falcão Luz to maneuver through the defense. Santo Amaro AC's Ricardo Garcia got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpected shot in the 25th minute by Pedrinho Schmidt got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Sandro Barreto scored 0-2 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nuno Quirino, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Jaru-Uaru getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Dedé Gigant hit a great ball. In the 36th minute, Sandro Barreto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Adilson Coutinho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Eusébio Albuquerque made a huge save. Eusébio Albuquerque made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Danilo Paulista in the 42nd minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Danilo Paulista to strike the kick off in the second half. Sandro Barreto's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Nuno Quirino firmly grabbed it by the left post. Eusébio Albuquerque made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adilson Coutinho in the 57th minute of play. In the 57th match minute, Santo Amaro AC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ricardo Garcia to maneuver through the defense. Jaru-Uaru's Paulo José Tróia was substituted for Adilson Coutinho. Danilo Paulista took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eusébio Albuquerque. Eusébio Albuquerque dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. When Paulo José Tróia fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Jaru-Uaru's protests and gave Paulo José Tróia a yellow card for diving instead. Acácio Cabral sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Válbson Rocha kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. In the 71st minute, Santo Amaro AC's Sandro Barreto dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. Paulo José Tróia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nuno Quirino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Acácio Cabral in the 78th minute of the match. Eusébio Albuquerque showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Danilo Paulista, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Acácio Cabral received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Nuno Quirino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 87th minute Paulo José Tróia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eusébio Albuquerque saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Jaru-Uaru's Danilo Paulista in the 95th minute got a chance for a shot 95th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Santo Amaro AC's goalie prevented a goal. Santo Amaro AC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
