Elano Pernambucano showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Dorival Moura showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tony Soares, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Dorival Moura took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elano Pernambucano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. MAGNIFICOS.FC were furious when Flavinho Bastos was red carded, 15 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 14 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. In the 26th minute Elano Pernambucano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dorival Moura saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dorival Moura showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elano Pernambucano, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Eusébio Messias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 36 minutes, Eusébio Messias managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MAGNIFICOS.FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eusébio Messias was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eusébio Messias struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Pedro Luís Sergipano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MAGNIFICOS.FC. Eusébio Messias blasted a shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pedro Luís Sergipano having to make a save. In the 44th minute Eusébio Messias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Luís Sergipano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The supporters of Tamboril booed when MAGNIFICOS.FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Virgílio Moreno didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dorival Moura took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elano Pernambucano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eusébio Messiass short, quick shot in the 59thth minute got Pedro Luís Sergipano to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Narciso Terra kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. 70 minutes into the match, Elano Pernambucano notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of MAGNIFICOS.FC's Dorival Moura. Dorival Moura was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 92nd match minute, MAGNIFICOS.FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nilton Berger to maneuver through the defense. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Tamboril fans cheered their team off the field, for while MAGNIFICOS.FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
