The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 3 played minutes Tarrasque Voador F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Fabrício Godoi. In the 9th minute, Fabrício Godoi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 10 minutes, Frank Paulista made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Tarrasque Voador F.C.'s Fabinho Arruda tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 14 played minutes ✪ XV de Umarizal got a freekick which was hit by Anselmo Simão. If Zé Roberto Veloso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Rafa Pitta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Waldir Souza in the 17th minute of play. Rafa Pitta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabrício Godoi in the 21st minute of the match. In the 23rd minute of the match Eduardo Botelho sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rafa Pitta skillfully saved the ball. Kauan Pires's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Fabinho Arruda firmly grabbed it by the left post. Waldir Souza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rafa Pitta having to interfere. Simão Simão charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Simão Simão the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 31st match minute, ✪ XV de Umarizal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Simão Simão to maneuver through the defense. Waldir Souza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rafa Pitta having to interfere. In the 35th minute Frank Paulista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabinho Arruda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Frank Paulista blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fabinho Arruda having to make a save. Frank Paulista did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-0 to the left of a surprised Fabinho Arruda 39 minutes into the match. In the 42nd minute, Kauan Pires ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fabinho Arruda was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Waldir Souza stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Tarrasque Voador F.C. booed when ✪ XV de Umarizal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anselmo Simão didn't get a good kick on the ball. Frank Paulista sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rafa Pitta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Waldir Souza, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. 98 minutes into the match, Tarrasque Voador F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Kauan Pires came free, but Fabinho Arruda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. ✪ XV de Umarizal were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
