A collision led to Wambalamba FC getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Renato Lago hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Wambalamba FC's Dinei Goiano slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Cido Cavalcante. That made the score 1-0 after 16 minutes of play. Cido Cavalcante was out of position in the 20 minute of play, and Dinei Goiano capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Dinei Goiano really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. A collision led to Facopo FBPA getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Tiago Gabriel Damião hit a great ball. In the 26thth minute of the game Dinei Goiano who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Facopo FBPA's Cido Cavalcante was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Facopo FBPA getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Silvinho de Lima hit a great ball. Facopo FBPA's Cido Cavalcante played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hamílton Campidelis in the 35th minute of play. Cido Cavalcante made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Dinei Goiano sent off a good shot on target. In the 41st minute, Dinei Goiano left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Wambalamba FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Eriberto Novaes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Eriberto Novaes to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Wambalamba FC booed when Facopo FBPA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Reginaldo Linhares didn't get a good kick on the ball. Claudinho Linhares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Cido Cavalcante showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dinei Goiano, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Wambalamba FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Facopo FBPA had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
