An unexpectedly hard shot by Luís Eduardo Paranaense in the 40th minute of play forced Agroboys SM - CIMZ's goalkeeper Dorival Silveira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Válbson Rosa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Agroboys SM - CIMZ's supporters rose to their feet, but Válbson Rosa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Júnior Massa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Válbson Rosa was the one to do the kick off. Júnior Massa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Válbson Rosa in the 52nd minute of play. The supporters of Agroboys SM - CIMZ booed when F.Salgado F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gernando Baptista didn't get a good kick on the ball. Joélson Gaúcho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Dorival Silveira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to F.Salgado F.C. getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Gernando Baptista hit a great ball. Dorival Silveira didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Wágner Sousa went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. In the 88th minute of the match, Luís Eduardo Paranaense tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Dorival Silveira saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Válbson Rosa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Júnior Massa having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Agroboys SM - CIMZ's Pedrão Tepedino got a free kick in the 95th minute. Dorival Silveira made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Emanuel Bertassi sent off a good shot on target. F.Salgado F.C.'s supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
