Reinaldo Félix kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in SANTOS Indaiatuba F.C. fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 9th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Sipo EC a penalty, 11 minutes into the game. Marquinhos Pitta hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. SANTOS Indaiatuba F.C.'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 18th minute, when Célio Cardoso scored to the left of an out of position João Augusto Velasco, making the score, 2-0. Sipo EC's Tostão Maranhense played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcelinho Antunes in the 22nd minute of play. Wágner do Valle who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 23rdth minute tested the skills of João Augusto Velasco when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With his leg João Augusto Velasco managed to avoid a goal in the 27thth minute, when Sipo EC's Wágner do Valle fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 28 minutes of play, Sipo EC's Célio Cardoso made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. João Augusto Velasco was left in no man's land by his defense there! With his leg João Augusto Velasco managed to avoid a goal in the 34thth minute, when Sipo EC's Marquinhos Pitta fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. A collision led to Sipo EC getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Agostinho Tasso hit a great ball. Tostão Maranhense took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcelinho Antunes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 43 minutes into the match, SANTOS Indaiatuba F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Célio Cardoso came free, but João Augusto Velasco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. João Augusto Velasco came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Sipo EC's Wágner do Valle. But to his dismay, Wágner do Valle quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Marcelinho Antunes made the kick off in the second half. Washington Diniz kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. In the 56th minute Agostinho Tasso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Augusto Velasco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. João Augusto Velasco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Agostinho Tasso in the 58th minute of the match. João Augusto Velasco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Célio Cardoso, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. The supporters of Sipo EC booed when SANTOS Indaiatuba F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Didi Andrade didn't get a good kick on the ball. João Augusto Velasco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Célio Cardoso in the 78th minute of the match. Marcelinho Antunes hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. João Augusto Velasco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thiago Cruz in the 85th minute of the match.
