Spectators: 153 (Terracing: 115, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Curiphila Eagles's Donato Prestes started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Tadeu do Vale received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. João Augusto Velasco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 12 minutes into the game, Tadeu do Vale recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of João Augusto Velasco. Tadeu do Vale showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Marcelinho Antunes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Murilo Paiva read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 21 minutes, Tadeu do Vale took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for João Augusto Velasco to make any attempt to save it. In the 23rd match minute, Curiphila Eagles was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tadeu do Vale to maneuver through the defense. Through an outstanding action, after 26 minutes, João Augusto Velasco successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Donato Prestes hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Nestor Netto took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 29th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Murilo Paiva. Curiphila Eagles's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Reinaldo Cearense received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. João Augusto Velasco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. SANTOS Indaiatuba F.C.'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 34th minute, when Donato Prestes scored to the left of an out of position João Augusto Velasco, making the score, 3-0. After having played for 39 minutes, Donato Prestes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Curiphila Eagles's supporters crossed their fingers, but Donato Prestes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice moves Naldo Costa could shoot a difficult shot in the 43rd minute, which João Augusto Velasco however easily saved by the left post. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marcelinho Antunes to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Curiphila Eagles booed when SANTOS Indaiatuba F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wilson Andrade didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Curiphila Eagles's Dieguinho Lira tried to score from far away in the 56th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Curiphila Eagles's zone, Marcelinho Antunes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Murilo Paiva came out of the goal and Marcelinho Antunes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kiko Mattos kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. In the 71st minute Marcelinho Antunes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Murilo Paiva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. SANTOS Indaiatuba F.C.'s João Augusto Velasco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tadeu do Vale in the 72nd minute of play. Curiphila Eagles's Murilo Paiva proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Curiphila Eagles from getting a goal against them. In the 75th minute, Luiz Fábio Velasco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Curiphila Eagles booed when SANTOS Indaiatuba F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wilson Andrade didn't get a good kick on the ball. SANTOS Indaiatuba F.C.'s João Augusto Velasco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Donato Prestes in the 81st minute of play. Donato Prestes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 84 minutes into the match, Kiko Mattos notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of SANTOS Indaiatuba F.C.'s João Augusto Velasco. João Augusto Velasco was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Curiphila Eagles's Tadeu do Vale got a free kick in the 89th minute. Curiphila Eagles walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
