Spectators: 153 (Terracing: 115, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Wilson Favoretto started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Marquinhos Meirelles managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Bertioga's supporters rose to their feet, but Marquinhos Meirelles was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Doni Montenegro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilson Favoretto in the 6th minute of play forced Skull Sport F.C's goalkeeper Doni Montenegro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 8 minutes of play, SC Bertioga's Wilson Favoretto made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Doni Montenegro was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 12th minute, Marquinhos Meirelles hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. José Paulo Barral blasted a shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Toninho Trancoso having to make a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when José Paulo Barral got free with Toninho Trancoso in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 22 minutes of play, SC Bertioga's Marquinhos Meirelles made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Doni Montenegro was left in no man's land by his defense there! Toninho Trancoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from José Paulo Barral in the 25th minute of play. If Marquinhos Meirelles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 32 minutes, Wilson Favoretto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Bertioga and the Skull Sport F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. Waldir Lago hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Donato Oliveira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Doni Montenegro having to interfere. In the 40th match minute, Skull Sport F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nando Quintal to maneuver through the defense. Doni Vergílio charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Doni Vergílio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 42nd match minute, Skull Sport F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Doni Vergílio to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 44 minutes, Wilson Favoretto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Bertioga's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wilson Favoretto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell José Paulo Barral to make the kick off. Toninho Trancoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edu Perez in the 52nd minute of the match. After having played for 54 minutes, José Paulo Barral managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Skull Sport F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but José Paulo Barral was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wilson Favoretto got free with Doni Montenegro in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Doni Montenegro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wilson Favoretto in the 60th minute. With a little luck, Skull Sport F.C's Doni Montenegro got control of the ball when Wilson Favoretto tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by José Pedro Ortiz during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Toninho Trancoso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Skull Sport F.C. After 73 minutes of play Skull Sport F.C's Delfim do Vale was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After a rather tough play, Skull Sport F.C's Delfim do Vale got a free kick in the 74th minute. Doni Montenegro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wilson Favoretto in the 75th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice moves Wilson Favoretto could shoot a difficult shot in the 81st minute, which Doni Montenegro however easily saved by the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wilson Favoretto got free with Doni Montenegro in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 84 played minutes Skull Sport F.C got a freekick which was hit by José Paulo Barral. In the 94th minute Wilson Favoretto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Doni Montenegro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. SC Bertioga walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
