Spectators: 153 (Terracing: 115, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Cipriano Pombal got the match started through his kick off. LauerArmy's Christiano Fontes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Indiana Jones in the 9th minute of play. Osmar Dante was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 15th minute. LauerArmy's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. With an all-out effort, LauerArmy's Matías Quirino threw himself towards the right post 16 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Luiz Fernando Britto, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After a rather tough play, Matanza and Steelers's Adelino Leme got a free kick in the 17th minute. 18 minutes into the game, Ismael Mattos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. LauerArmy's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Matanza and Steelers the free kick. In the 19th minute, Ismael Mattos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. LauerArmy's Cipriano Pombal got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 22 minutes into the match, Joaquim Chaves dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Matías Quirino, 1-0. Christiano Fontes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Indiana Jones in the 37th minute of play. Indiana Jones recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Matanza and Steelers's zone, Luiz Fernando Britto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Matías Quirino came out of the goal and Luiz Fernando Britto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Matanza and Steelers's Falcão Zanette got a free kick in the 45th minute. After 46 played minutes, LauerArmy's Maurinho Palmeira shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Matías Quirino came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in LauerArmy reached it.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ronaldinho Carneiro was the one to do the kick off. After 57 played minutes Matanza and Steelers got a freekick which was hit by Indiana Jones. A collision led to LauerArmy getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Ismael Mattos hit a great ball. In the 64th minute Luiz Fernando Britto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matías Quirino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Matanza and Steelers's Dedê Diniz got a free kick in the 65th minute. The supporters of LauerArmy booed when Matanza and Steelers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aílton Montenegro didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luiz Fernando Britto in the 72nd minute of play forced Matanza and Steelers's goalkeeper Matías Quirino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 75th minute, Ronaldinho Carneiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Olívio Goiano took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 76th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Matías Quirino. Matanza and Steelers's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 78 minutes of play, LauerArmy's Cipriano Pombal made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Matías Quirino was left in no man's land by his defense there! 82 minutes into the match, Matanza and Steelers's goal looked a bit too open when Olívio Goiano came free, but Matías Quirino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 83rd minute, Indiana Jones reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Christiano Fontes. The goal made the score 2-1. Matías Quirino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cipriano Pombal, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. LauerArmy walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
