After a rather tough play, Toa Toa 4EVER's Raí Viana got a free kick in the 6th minute. After 38 played minutes Toa Toa 4EVER got a freekick which was hit by Doriva Alves. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Danilo Queirós to make the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Toa Toa 4EVER's goal looked a bit too open when Valdir Dias came free, but João Freitas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. João Freitas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Faustão Sergipano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Faustão Sergipano in the 66th minute of play forced Toa Toa 4EVER's goalkeeper João Freitas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 88th minute Valdir Dias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Freitas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Belmiro Bertassi fell near the penalty area in the 92nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Toa Toa 4EVER's protests and gave Belmiro Bertassi a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Toa Toa 4EVER getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Belmiro Bertassi hit a great ball. The supporters of Red Dragon FC - DMZ booed when Toa Toa 4EVER was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Walmyr Cardoso didn't get a good kick on the ball. João Freitas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valdir Dias, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. There was no doubt that Red Dragon FC - DMZ were the better team. Red Dragon FC - DMZ's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
