Saecinza's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Paulo José Gaúcho was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 5 minutes into the match, Saecinza's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo José Gaúcho came free, but Júlio Alagoano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 10 minutes into the game, Paulo José Gaúcho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Júlio Alagoano was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Paulo José Gaúcho scored 0-3 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Júlio Alagoano, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 17 minutes of play, Chinho FC's Ricardo Tasso made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Júlio Alagoano was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Saecinza's Rômulo Araújo got a free kick in the 19th minute. Júlio Alagoano didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ricardo Tasso went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. Saecinza's Júlio Alagoano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulo José Gaúcho in the 25th minute of play. Júlio Alagoano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leandro Vieira in the 28th minute of the match. Júlio Alagoano didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from João Paulo Borges went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. Percy Cabral hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Saecinza's Júlio Alagoano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ricardo Tasso in the 34th minute of play. Júlio Alagoano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ricardo Tasso in the 35th minute of play. In the 37th minute Paulo José Gaúcho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Júlio Alagoano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paulo José Gaúcho scored 0-7 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Júlio Alagoano, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Chinho FC booed when Saecinza was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Percy Cabral didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half Chinho FC were leading 0-7. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Leandro Vieira took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Júlio Alagoano. Júlio Alagoano dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-8. With a little luck, Saecinza's Júlio Alagoano got control of the ball when Willian Fernandez tried to sneak it across the goal line. Júlio Alagoano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ricardo Tasso, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. In the 62nd minute, Leandro Vieira made a precise shot to the right of Júlio Alagoano. Saecinza's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-9. Júlio Alagoano made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Leandro Vieira sent off a good shot on target. Saecinza's Júlio Alagoano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by João Paulo Borges in the 67th minute of play. When Sandro Secco fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. Júlio Alagoano was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luís Eduardo Nóbrega during the 71st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by João Paulo Borges in the 76th minute of play forced Saecinza's goalkeeper Júlio Alagoano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 79 minutes into the match, Paulo José Gaúcho dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Júlio Alagoano, 0-11. 83 minutes into the match, João Paulo Borges notched a goal, 0-12, to the right of Saecinza's Júlio Alagoano. Júlio Alagoano was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulo José Gaúcho in the 87th minute of play forced Saecinza's goalkeeper Júlio Alagoano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Paulo José Gaúcho kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Júlio Alagoano. That made the score 0-13 in the 88 minute of play. After some careless play in the Saecinza defense, Leandro Vieira kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Júlio Alagoano. The Saecinza fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Júlio Alagoano should have stopped the shot.
