Spectators: 154 (Terracing: 116, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Valério Valle started the match with the kick off. Juvenal Esteves kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Silvério Cruz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cacá da Fonseca's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. Silvério Cruz came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Vila Nova FC's Adhemar Freire. But to his dismay, Adhemar Freire quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 16 minutes into the match, Vila Nova FC's goal looked a bit too open when Valério Valle came free, but Beto de Sousa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Vila Nova FC booed when Dinamo Web Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wanderson Mineiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 30 played minutes Vivaldo Senna rounded Vila Nova FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-2. Silvério Cruz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wanderson Baptista, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Silvério Cruz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cacá da Fonseca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wanderson Baptista received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Silvério Cruz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Wanderson Baptista to make the kick off. Vila Nova FC were awarded a corner in the 55th minute after Dinamo Web Clube's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Henrique Dantas took the corner. The corner ended in Henrique Dantas almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Dinamo Web Clube's Silvério Cruz did a great save. With a little luck, Dinamo Web Clube's Silvério Cruz got control of the ball when Wanderson Baptista tried to sneak it across the goal line. In a very dangerous position, a player in Dinamo Web Clube fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 59th minute. Penalty! In the 71st minute Valério Valle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Beto de Sousa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Osvaldinho Prestes during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Osvaldinho Prestes kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Wanderson Baptista fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 99th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silvério Cruz having to interfere. The Dinamo Web Clube fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Vila Nova FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
