After a rather tough play, Templários MZC's Caco Valadares got a free kick in the 5th minute. 9 minutes into the match, Germano Loyola notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Landulfos FC's Vladimir do Valle. Vladimir do Valle was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Romário Nóbrega in the 13th minute of play forced Landulfos FC's goalkeeper Vladimir do Valle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gildo das Neves took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vladimir do Valle. Vladimir do Valle dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Jânio de Barros recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luiz Gustavo Eger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gildo Freitas, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Vladimir do Valle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Germano Loyola in the 26th minute of play. Vladimir do Valle took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jânio de Barros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Templários MZC getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Marquinhos Vianna hit a great ball. Rui Dante could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Luiz Gustavo Eger made a huge save. Vladimir do Valle didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Romário Nóbrega went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. The Landulfos FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Templários MZC were winning 0-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Felippe Fontes made a kick off. Gildo Freitas scored 1-3 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luiz Gustavo Eger, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Romário Nóbrega fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Templários MZC's protests and gave Romário Nóbrega a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Templários MZC's Romário Nóbrega got a free kick in the 56th minute. A collision led to Landulfos FC getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Humberto Gonçalves hit a great ball. In the 59th minute of the match Marquinhos Vianna sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Vladimir do Valle skillfully saved the ball. The audience was convinced that Jânio de Barros's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vladimir do Valle was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. Marquinhos Vianna's late challenge caught a Landulfos FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marquinhos Vianna helped the player get up and apologised. Denílson Sampaio charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Denílson Sampaio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Templários MZC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 66th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Landulfos FC a penalty, 68 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Rui Dante, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Templários MZC's Luiz Gustavo Eger. 2-3. Landulfos FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 71st minute, when Jânio de Barros scored to the left of an out of position Vladimir do Valle, making the score, 2-4. Vladimir do Valle showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jânio de Barros, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Waldemar de Sousa kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. In the 85th minute Waldemar de Sousa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luiz Gustavo Eger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 93rd match minute, Templários MZC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Denílson Sampaio to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Magno Alcântara during the 96th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
