The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to Cestarolli FC getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Walmir Valle hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, OS IMPOSSIVEIS's Cristiano Bertassi got a free kick in the 8th minute. OS IMPOSSIVEIS's Kaká Reis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save OS IMPOSSIVEIS from getting a goal against them. When Walmir Valle fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cestarolli FC's protests and gave Walmir Valle a yellow card for diving instead. Walmir Valle kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. A collision led to OS IMPOSSIVEIS getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Antônio Mazza hit a great ball. 40 minutes into the game, OS IMPOSSIVEIS's Fiori Mazza nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Laércio de Almeida made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. When Leandro Linhares fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cestarolli FC's protests and gave Leandro Linhares a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of OS IMPOSSIVEIS booed when Cestarolli FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leandro Linhares didn't get a good kick on the ball. Laércio de Almeida took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilberto Silveira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

OS IMPOSSIVEIS's Kaká Reis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Walmir Valle in the 54th minute of play. Gilberto Silveira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Laércio de Almeida made a huge save. Walmir Valle got his second yellow card in the match during the 66th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 67 played minutes Cestarolli FC got a freekick which was hit by Walmir Valle. With a little luck, Cestarolli FC's Laércio de Almeida got control of the ball when Cesinha Galvão tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 72nd minute of the match, Cesinha Galvão got a very nice opportunity to score, but Laércio de Almeida was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Cestarolli FC's Laércio de Almeida proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Cestarolli FC from getting a goal against them. Leandro Linhares hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. In the 93rd minute, OS IMPOSSIVEIS's Gilberto Silveira ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Laércio de Almeida. Laércio de Almeida yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. OS IMPOSSIVEIS played a much better game than Cestarolli FC and deserved their victory. The Cestarolli FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
