Cláudio Soares was out of position in the 4 minute of play, and Nando das Neves capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Nando das Neves really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. With a little luck, Pratigipe EC's Cláudio Soares got control of the ball when Teodoro Varela tried to sneak it across the goal line. 12 minutes into the match, Teodoro Varela notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Pratigipe EC's Cláudio Soares. Cláudio Soares was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 15 minutes into the game, Teodoro Varela cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Cláudio Soares was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Adriano Azevedo took a quick shot and it went in 5-0 without a chance for Cláudio Soares to make any attempt to save it. Nando das Neves could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Cláudio Soares made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teodoro Varela in the 23rd minute of play forced Pratigipe EC's goalkeeper Cláudio Soares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rubens Neves hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Nilton Costa who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 32ndth minute tested the skills of Cláudio Soares when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 33 minutes into the match, Pratigipe EC's goal looked a bit too open when Adriano Azevedo came free, but Cláudio Soares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 36 minutes into the match, Teodoro Varela notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Pratigipe EC's Cláudio Soares. Cláudio Soares was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cláudio Soares made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Nilton Costa sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nando das Neves in the 45th minute of play forced Pratigipe EC's goalkeeper Cláudio Soares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Orlando Paraíba showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Natã Hames, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 7-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Celso Dantas was the one to do the kick off. Pratigipe EC's Cláudio Soares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adriano Azevedo in the 52nd minute of play. In the 54th minute, Pratigipe EC's Chiquinho Oliveira seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Chiquinho Oliveira the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Pratigipe EC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Chiquinho Oliveira had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 53 minutes into the game, one of Pratigipe EC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave TOCO Y ME VOY F.C. -DMZ- a penalty, 55 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Nando das Neves, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Pratigipe EC's Cláudio Soares. 8-0. Nilton Costa scored 9-0 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cláudio Soares, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 61st minute Adriano Azevedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cláudio Soares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pratigipe EC's Cláudio Soares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adriano Azevedo in the 64th minute of play. Cláudio Soares came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by TOCO Y ME VOY F.C. -DMZ-'s Nilton Costa. But to his dismay, Nilton Costa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 10-0. In the 75th minute, Adriano Azevedo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The TOCO Y ME VOY F.C. -DMZ- fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 12-0. In the 79th minute, Adriano Azevedo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cláudio Soares was frozen by the shot and now it was 13-0. Cláudio Soares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nando das Neves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 86 minutes into the match, Pratigipe EC's goal looked a bit too open when Nando das Neves came free, but Cláudio Soares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nilton Costa in the 90th minute of play forced Pratigipe EC's goalkeeper Cláudio Soares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 91st minute, Cristiano Costa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 93 minutes of play, TOCO Y ME VOY F.C. -DMZ-'s Nando das Neves made it 14-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cláudio Soares was left in no man's land by his defense there! TOCO Y ME VOY F.C. -DMZ-'s Adriano Azevedo pulled a muscle in his back after 96 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Rubens Neves's late challenge caught a TOCO Y ME VOY F.C. -DMZ-'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rubens Neves helped the player get up and apologised. TOCO Y ME VOY F.C. -DMZ- made a substitution. Betinho de Azevedo replaced Adriano Azevedo. In a very dangerous position, a player in Pratigipe EC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 96th minute. Penalty! It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. TOCO Y ME VOY F.C. -DMZ- had played much better football throughout.
