The referee showed Claudinei Leal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Brasilino getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Claudinei Leal hit a great ball. 18 minutes into the match, Fiori Souto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pedrinho Sergipano. DIPLOMATA FC PAB's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fiori Souto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Brasilino would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
