After a defensive mix-up in Oranil's zone, Arí Reis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Téo Koehler came out of the goal and Arí Reis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Oranil's Natanael Barral in the 11th minute got a chance for a shot 11th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Arí Reis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Téo Koehler having to interfere. In the 28th minute, Natanael Barral made a precise shot to the right of Maurinho Melo. Germania F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. 35 minutes into the match, Germania F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Natanael Barral came free, but Maurinho Melo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Maurinho Melo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Natanael Barral, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Germania F.C. getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Arí Reis hit a great ball. Maurinho Melo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Natanael Barral in the 45th minute of the match. The Germania F.C. players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Oranil were winning 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Natanael Barral to make the kick off. A collision led to Oranil getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Jailson Travassos hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arí Reis in the 53rd minute of play forced Oranil's goalkeeper Téo Koehler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Germania F.C.'s Maurinho Melo got control of the ball when Percival Simão tried to sneak it across the goal line. Percival Simão's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Maurinho Melo firmly grabbed it by the left post. But to his dismay, Percival Simão quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alexsandro Prata during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When the match had been going on for 81 minutes, Oranil's Cássio Arce got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Maurinho Melo. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jailson Travassos got free with Maurinho Melo in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Oranil's Natanael Barral in the 85th minute got a chance for a shot 85th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
