The crowd rose to their feet as Militros F.C.'s Reinaldo Saldanha slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Maurinho Melo. That made the score 4-0 after 30 minutes of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Diguinho da Rocha in the 34th minute of play forced Germania F.C.'s goalkeeper Maurinho Melo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 35th minute Reinaldo Saldanha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maurinho Melo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Reinaldo Saldanha kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Maurinho Melo. That made the score 5-0 in the 41 minute of play.

In the 51st minute Diguinho da Rocha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maurinho Melo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 52 played minutes, Militros F.C.'s Igor Meirelles shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Maurinho Melo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Militros F.C. reached it. The Militros F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. 61 minutes into the game, Militros F.C.'s Reinaldo Saldanha nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Maurinho Melo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Igor Meirelles managed to get in a good position for a shot. Militros F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Igor Meirelles was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maurinho Melo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reinaldo Saldanha in the 70th minute of play forced Germania F.C.'s goalkeeper Maurinho Melo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Maurinho Melo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Reinaldo Saldanha went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score.
