The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Maurinho Melo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Maurinho Melo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alessandro Neves in the 55th minute of play. Maurinho Melo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alessandro Neves in the 56th minute of the match. In the 58th minute Clóvis Corrêa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maurinho Melo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 60 minutes into the match, Germania F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Alessandro Neves came free, but Maurinho Melo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Alessandro Neves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Maurinho Melo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mário Alvarenga in the 66th minute of play. In the 69th minute, Alessandro Neves made a precise shot to the right of Maurinho Melo. Germania F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. Alessandro Neves recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sílvio Luiz de Queiroz kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. 74 minutes into the match, Germania F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Válter Neto came free, but Maurinho Melo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Maurinho Melo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marco Teles, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Válter Neto took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Maurinho Melo. Maurinho Melo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. 83 minutes into the game, 20 DE SETEMBRO's Válter Neto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Maurinho Melo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. Válter Neto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alessandro Neves during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, 20 DE SETEMBRO's Alessandro Neves got a free kick in the 88th minute. Germania F.C.'s Maurinho Melo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marco Teles in the 91st minute of play. 92 minutes into the match, Clóvis Corrêa notched a goal, 8-0, to the right of Germania F.C.'s Maurinho Melo. Maurinho Melo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 96th minute Alessandro Neves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maurinho Melo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. 20 DE SETEMBRO had played much better football throughout.
