Spectators: 154 (Terracing: 116, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Osvaldo Nascimento started the match with the kick off. Psiu!'s Amadeu Sousa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Osvaldo Nascimento in the 6th minute of play. When the match clock showed 7 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Osvaldinho Fernandes sped through Psiu!'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Amadeu Sousa. In the 12th match minute, Cachaça FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luisão Pimenta to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matheus Paiva in the 15th minute of play forced Cachaça FC's goalkeeper Ernesto de Godoi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Matheus Paiva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 20th match minute, Cachaça FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jefferson de Souza to maneuver through the defense. In the 20th minute of the match Tony Alcântara shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ernesto de Godoi showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When Bruninho Abreu fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cachaça FC's protests and gave Bruninho Abreu a yellow card for diving instead. After 21 played minutes Cachaça FC got a freekick which was hit by Bruninho Abreu. After 22 played minutes, Psiu!'s Nildo Dantas shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ernesto de Godoi came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Psiu! reached it. After 25 minutes of play, Cachaça FC's Osvaldinho Fernandes made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Amadeu Sousa was left in no man's land by his defense there! 28 minutes into the match, Psiu!'s goal looked a bit too open when Osvaldo Nascimento came free, but Amadeu Sousa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Osvaldinho Fernandes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Amadeu Sousa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Matheus Paiva came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Psiu! fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Matheus Paiva couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Psiu! getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Claudinho Novaes hit a great ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tony Domingues to strike the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Osvaldo Nascimento in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Amadeu Sousa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Osvaldo Nascimento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Amadeu Sousa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Osvaldo Nascimento, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. After 63 minutes, Luisão Pimenta mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cachaça FC and the Psiu! players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Psiu! booed when Cachaça FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luisão Pimenta didn't get a good kick on the ball. 67 minutes into the match, Psiu!'s goal looked a bit too open when Osvaldo Nascimento came free, but Amadeu Sousa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 70th match minute, Cachaça FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Osvaldo Nascimento to maneuver through the defense. Amadeu Sousa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Osvaldo Nascimento in the 90th minute of the match. Luís Fernando Vaz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amadeu Sousa having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matheus Paiva in the 96th minute of play forced Cachaça FC's goalkeeper Ernesto de Godoi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Cachaça FC had won after a very even match.
