The crowd rose to their feet as Celsinho Tróia kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Michel Viana. That made the score 1-0 in the 18 minute of play. Luizinho Custódio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Breno Moreno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Oscar Berger hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Michel Viana was a little too slow when Celsinho Tróia got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 40th minute. The score was now 2-0. 47 minutes into the match, Celsinho Tróia dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Michel Viana, 3-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Luizinho Custódio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, Augusto Guedes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Michel Viana was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Michel Viana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Augusto Guedes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Michel Viana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maurício Toscano in the 65th minute of the match. In the 65th minute, Alexandre Motta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Maurício Toscano took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 68th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Michel Viana. Donzela de Ferro FBPA's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a rather tough play, Donzela de Ferro FBPA's Olívio Fontes got a free kick in the 72nd minute. After 73 played minutes, Aguinhas's Maurício Toscano shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Michel Viana came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Aguinhas reached it. Augusto Guedes took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Michel Viana. Michel Viana dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0.
