In the 4th minute, Gonçalo Sarmento fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Michel Viana, passed just outside the right post. In the 8th match minute, Real Cruzeiro FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aníbal Neto to maneuver through the defense. Pedrão Capixaba hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Luís Guilherme Cabral sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Pedrão Capixaba managed to get in a good position for a shot. Donzela de Ferro FBPA's supporters rose to their feet, but Pedrão Capixaba was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ivo Amaral breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Falcão Mendes during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Luizinho Custódio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Donzela de Ferro FBPA's supporters rose to their feet, but Luizinho Custódio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ivo Amaral breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Michel Viana was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gonçalo Sarmento showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 36 minute of play. Donzela de Ferro FBPA's Michel Viana proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Donzela de Ferro FBPA from getting a goal against them. In the 43rd minute, Donzela de Ferro FBPA's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Luís Guilherme Cabral fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luís Guilherme Cabral in the 63rd minute of play forced Donzela de Ferro FBPA's goalkeeper Michel Viana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 65 minutes into the match, Gonçalo Sarmento notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Donzela de Ferro FBPA's Michel Viana. Michel Viana was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Gonçalo Sarmento received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. The supporters of Donzela de Ferro FBPA booed when Real Cruzeiro FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luís Guilherme Cabral didn't get a good kick on the ball. Donzela de Ferro FBPA made a substitution. Renato Rodrigues replaced Luizinho Custódio. Luís Guilherme Cabral kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. In the 86th minute, Renato Rodrigues ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ivo Amaral was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. Michel Viana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gonçalo Sarmento in the 90th minute of play. With a little luck, Real Cruzeiro FC's Ivo Amaral got control of the ball when Renato Rodrigues tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ronaldo Vianna kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. There was no doubt that Real Cruzeiro FC were the better team. Real Cruzeiro FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
