Spectators: 161 (Terracing: 121, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) Dário Schmidt started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 6th match minute, Romando Futebol Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guga Pinho to maneuver through the defense. Gil Leal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 12 minutes into the match, FC St. Pauli's goal looked a bit too open when Ramiro Brito came free, but Guilherme Mendonça reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Clemente Hermes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dário Schmidt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Clemente Hermes didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 21st minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. In the 32nd minute, Adelino Gaspar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Guilherme Mendonça was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Nico Dantas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Romando Futebol Clube's Clemente Hermes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Romando Futebol Clube from getting a goal against them. Guilherme Mendonça took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elder Tróia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 42nd match minute, FC St. Pauli was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marquinhos de Sousa to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of FC St. Pauli booed when Romando Futebol Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dráusio Varela didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marquinhos de Sousa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Clemente Hermes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 45th minute of play. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Elder Tróia to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Romando Futebol Clube's Adelino Gaspar got a free kick in the 54th minute. In the 57th minute, Dráusio Varela hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FC St. Pauli's Marquinhos de Sousa got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 61 minutes, Dário Schmidt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC St. Pauli's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dário Schmidt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Adelino Gaspar kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. 87 minutes into the match, Lucas Loureiro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Clemente Hermes. Romando Futebol Clube's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lucas Loureiro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. FC St. Pauli's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
