Joel Lopes in the 22ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ian Brasil, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Joel Lopes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Monumento Sports's supporters rose to their feet, but Joel Lopes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ian Brasil breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™'s Ian Brasil played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Lopes in the 28th minute of play. Joel Lopes scored 2-0 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ian Brasil, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Geovanni Valadares blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Amadeu Koehler having to make a save. In the 39th match minute, Monumento Sports was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eliézer Favoretto to maneuver through the defense. Washington Veiga made in the 45th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Saimon Babak however managed to control. After a rather tough play, Monumento Sports's Eliézer Favoretto got a free kick in the 46th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Ian Brasil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Lopes in the 57th minute of play. Toninho Arruda hit a great ball. Benny Otaris fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amadeu Koehler having to interfere. 83 minutes into the game, Conrado Costa recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Amadeu Koehler. Conrado Costa showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. Benny Otaris struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Amadeu Koehler didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™. The audience was convinced that Conrado Costa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Amadeu Koehler was relentless in the 91st minute of the game. After a rather tough play, ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™'s Benny Otaris got a free kick in the 94th minute. Bruno Salles's late challenge caught a ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card.
