Spectators: 160 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Yan Netto kicked off to start the match. 5 minutes into the match, Pesqueira City's goal looked a bit too open when Erivaldo Paraibano came free, but Ivo de Moraes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Pesqueira City getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Hernani Tavares hit a great ball. Ivo de Moraes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Délio Alvarenga in the 13th minute. Ivo de Moraes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Délio Alvarenga's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. After 14 played minutes Pesqueira City got a freekick which was hit by Júlio Abreu. After 18 played minutes Pesqueira City got a freekick which was hit by Marquinhos Moraes. An unexpectedly hard shot by Belmiro Cordeiro in the 19th minute of play forced Pesqueira City's goalkeeper Ivo de Moraes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Doni Quintal fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pesqueira City's protests and gave Doni Quintal a yellow card for diving instead. After 22 played minutes Pesqueira City got a freekick which was hit by Doni Quintal. Erivaldo Paraibano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Erivaldo Paraibano succeeded in the game's 28th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. Ivo de Moraes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Délio Alvarenga in the 31st minute. Pesqueira City's Ivo de Moraes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcelo Goiano in the 35th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Délio Alvarenga got free with Ivo de Moraes in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 38th match minute, Coritiba Foot Ball Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paulinho Neiva to maneuver through the defense. With 41 minutes on the clock, Edgar Godoi commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Edgar Godoi kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. In the 42nd minute of the match Yan Netto sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kléber Schmidt skillfully saved the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Erivaldo Paraibano to make the kick off. In the 55th minute, Hélder de Carvalho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 60 minutes into the game, Remo do Valle was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Coritiba Foot Ball Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pesqueira City the free kick. In the 60th minute, Remo do Valle hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 71 minutes of play, Coritiba Foot Ball Club's Marcelo Goiano made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ivo de Moraes was left in no man's land by his defense there! Hernani Tavares could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Kléber Schmidt made a huge save. Ivo de Moraes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcelo Goiano, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. After 84 played minutes Coritiba Foot Ball Club got a freekick which was hit by Edu Alcântara. Hélder de Carvalho hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. In the 89th minute, Marcelo Goiano made a precise shot to the right of Ivo de Moraes. Pesqueira City's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Yan Netto took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kléber Schmidt. Kléber Schmidt dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Coritiba Foot Ball Club's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
