The supporters of Figueira SC FSCMZ booed when GLADIADORES was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nestor Simões didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 34th minute Oscar Veiga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexsandro Carioca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alexsandro Carioca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oscar Veiga in the 56th minute of the match. Agnaldo Dias recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sidnei Vieira hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Alexsandro Carioca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sidnei Vieira, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. In the 87th minute Dorival Sarmento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexsandro Carioca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, GLADIADORES's Doriva Prado got control of the ball when Marcelinho Dias tried to sneak it across the goal line.
