When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Alberto Cardoso made the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ's Cacá Sousa got control of the ball when Alberto Cardoso tried to sneak it across the goal line. After taking down the ball on UPTEXTIL.COM's corner Claudinei Botelho fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Cacá Sousa quite easily take care of the ball. When Juan Mello fell near the penalty area in the 89th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored UPTEXTIL.COM's protests and gave Juan Mello a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, UPTEXTIL.COM's Juan Mello got a free kick in the 89th minute.
