The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th minute, Alexandre Loureiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Leonardo Cavalcante had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luís Paulo Neves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Eurico da Mata tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 12th minute of the match Luís Paulo Coelho shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eurico da Mata showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 14 minutes into the game, Luís Paulo Neves was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CANIL VON ZAATARI™️'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave PREZULO FC the free kick. In the 14th minute, Luís Paulo Neves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 22 played minutes PREZULO FC got a freekick which was hit by Jairo Negri. If Luiz Henrique had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 25th minute, Válbson Carvalho made a precise shot to the right of Sidney Hermes. CANIL VON ZAATARI™️'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. After 37 played minutes CANIL VON ZAATARI™️ got a freekick which was hit by Luís Paulo Neves. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

CANIL VON ZAATARI™️ made a substitution. Pedrão Pirani replaced Nico Moreira. CANIL VON ZAATARI™️'s Toninho Bertassi was substituted for Dedé Tasso. Sidney Hermes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Matheus de Souza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Pedrão Pirani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 62nd minute Matheus de Souza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sidney Hermes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 64 minutes into the game, one of PREZULO FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave CANIL VON ZAATARI™️ a penalty, 67 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Luís Paulo Coelho, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of PREZULO FC's Eurico da Mata. 1-1. With a little luck, PREZULO FC's Eurico da Mata got control of the ball when Luiz Henrique tried to sneak it across the goal line. PREZULO FC's Eurico da Mata played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wanderson Paranaense in the 71st minute of play. 76 minutes into the game, Pedrão Pirani cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Eurico da Mata was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Luiz Henrique could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Eurico da Mata made a huge save. After 89 played minutes, PREZULO FC's Válbson Carvalho shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Sidney Hermes came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in PREZULO FC reached it. 93 minutes into the game, PREZULO FC's Leonardo Cavalcante nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sidney Hermes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. The CANIL VON ZAATARI™️ supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing CANIL VON ZAATARI™️ would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
