Maicon Diniz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 2nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Régis Tróia hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. José Maria Melo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Júlio Fonseca in the 9th minute of play. Maicon Diniz scored 1-0 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of José Maria Melo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 21 minutes into the match, Futebol Dos Parça's goalkeeper José Maria Melo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Júlio Fonseca. In the 26th minute, Clemente Marinho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. José Maria Melo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Júlio Fonseca in the 36th minute of play.
