The wind increased when Júlio Brasil made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Artur Sarmento hit a great ball. Doriva Simões didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Júlio Brasil went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Clemente Prestes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Doriva Simões took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gláuber Mattos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 98 minutes, Reinaldo Azevedo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE's supporters crossed their fingers, but Reinaldo Azevedo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. There was no doubt that CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE were the better team. CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
